Inhaled Smoke Fire Detector Applicable To The Application

The inhaling smoke fire detector is the automatic fire alarm device which analyzes the air intake detector in the protected area by means of air sampling tube to carry out the early warning of the fire.

The inhaling smoke fire detector is also called the air sampling fire detector, the very early fire alarm, the detector sensitivity is very high. Air sampling fire detector can be divided into single-tube type, two-tube type, four-tube type (multi-tube type) according to the environmental requirements of different selection of different specifications of air sampling fire detector, inhaling smoke fire detector has four working stages are warning, action, fire 1, fire 2 four stages. Generally have the following characteristics:

The most sensitive detection capability (the presence of fire can be detected within hours of smoke) State-of-the-art fire detection is suitable for any environment (breath-suction air sampling)

Lowest maintenance costs (almost negligible)

False positives due to the influence of no environmental factors

The most stable system tested by multiple owners

Work

Patio/High: The patio stratification varies with seasonal temperature, making it difficult to predict the optimal detection layer. This type of area can usually be supplemented with vertical sampling in 3D. When considering 3D protection, vertical sampling should be at least 3m or 2oC intervals, whether it is a patio, straight tower or high warehouse. At each vertical sampling point, you should also be aware of the coverage of the horizontal surface.

Restricted/Protected Zones: Some areas may be difficult to enter properly, either due to high levels of security or because protected areas pose a health threat. The detector can be protected outside the protection area using an air-sampled smoke fire detection system. This reduces access to the protected area for maintenance. It is necessary to empty the detector back into the protected area to prevent contamination.

Complex roof structures: Many buildings have irregular roof structures that can be effectively protected by air-sampled smoke detection systems. Includes glazed domes, or modern frame buildings. The sampling tube network should be lightweight and semi-steel material to ensure that irregular shapes or curved planes that are not protected by ordinary point detectors or beam detectors are protected.

Dusty areas: These areas can be protected by detectors that dispose of the filter. Contaminated filters can degrade system performance and measures should be taken to keep the filters clean and to reduce costs using external filters that can be cleaned and recycled.

Cold storage: In cold storage, in addition to low temperatures that can damage the detector's converter, the main problem is that condensation freezes around the sampling point. LED-type detectors can be used directly in an environment of -40 degrees C, so the host can be installed directly inside the cold storage, avoiding the ice and energy efficiency waste caused by the destruction of the insulation layer.

Remote sampling points should be avoided. Tubes with small inner diameters can easily be blocked by dewdrops flowing back from the sampling point. Only pipes with a calibrated internal diameter of 20-22mm can only be used in the cold storage and should be installed at least 300mm away from the roof (the farther the better).

High temperature area: Most air-sampled smoke detectors are designed to operate at temperatures below 40 degrees Celsius. If the air sample is above this temperature, the detector should be placed at a distance and the air sample should be cooled, either by extending the pipe length or by heat exchanger (water jacket).

Hidden installation: When a covert installation is required, the main section can be hidden in the building, the sampling point uses a remote hose with a smaller inner diameter, and the terminal is connected to a small air sampling point. The remote sampling point can be 6m long and the main road can be optimally laid out according to building requirements. Air sampling points can use designs and materials that are most conducive to concealment.
