Working principle of industrial gas alarm: After the power is turned on and the gas sensor is warmed up, the gas alarm starts to work normally, the power light is green, it lights up after the power is turned on, and it goes out when the alarm is given; The red light or yellow light of the alarm light will be on when the alarm is given and off when the alarm is stopped. When the detected combustible gas reaches the alarm point, the alarm will give an audible and visual alarm. When the detected gas concentration drops below the alarm point, the alarm will stop alarming. When the gas alarm gives an alarm, if there is linkage equipment, it will start the linkage equipment to automatically remove harmful gas and cut off the gas source. Installation mode of gas alarm:
1. Installation position of gas alarm: within 1.5m from the radius of gas source, it is well ventilated.
2. Liquefied gas is heavier than air. It is recommended that the installation height of the probe should be 0.3-0.6 m higher than the floor (or floor), and the horizontal distance from the release source should be less than 5 m. If the installation is too low, it is easy to cause water ingress into the sensor; If it is too high, the gas is easy to accumulate.
3. Natural gas, city gas, carbon monoxide and other combustible gases are lighter than air, so the installation height should be about 1m higher than the release source.
4. It can replace the existing wall socket or switch, and can also be wall mounted or ceiling mounted. Locations where alarms cannot be installed: corners, cabinets and other places where the air is not easy to circulate; It is easy to be directly smoked by lampblack.
